Yes, you would access our vehicles through the rear via a ramp, and your wheelchair will be securely strapped down for safety.
3) Are your employees bonded?
Certainly, all our employees undergo a thorough criminal background check.
4) Can you invoice the government directly for the services I receive?
Certainly, we can establish a monthly invoicing account with any government or organization at your request.
5) Do you impose cancellation fees?
Yes, cancellations for vehicle services made less than 30 minutes before the pick-up time, and less than 24 hours for patient care-related services, are subject to cancellation fees. Management may consider exceptions for emergencies at their discretion.
